Pilates From Within is a calm, carefully designed studio in Haslemere, Surrey, dedicated to teaching the classical method of Pilates.
We offer Classical Reformer, our Signature Tower & Matwork, Mixed Equipment & Matwork group classes, alongside 1:1 and duet sessions. With small class sizes, each session allows for a more personal and supported experience, giving you the space to move with focus and progress with confidence.
The studio is fully equipped with classical Pilates apparatus, including Reformers, Towers, the Cadillac, Chairs, Barrels, and more, allowing the method to be taught as a complete and connected system.
