The focus of Pilates is to improve posture and gain strength, mobility, and flexibility. Through this you will feel better within yourself and are more likely to make healthier lifestyle choices. However, our classes will not be focused towards weight loss.

We welcome all ages and abilities to our 1:1 or Duet sessions. Unfortunately, we are not able to have children under the age of 16 in our group classes.

Mat Pilates is carried out on a mat using your own body as resistance for the movements. Our classes are small, friendly and fun with a maxim of 6 per class.
Equipment Pilates classes are carried out on studio machines which use springs for resistance and to help you connect and build strength. These are used in 1:1, duets, and group Tower classes.
