Group classes are a maximum of 7 per class, they are carried out on a mat taking you through Joseph Pilates Classical Repertoire of exercises. There are group classes to suit all levels and abilities that often include the use of various small props such as the Overballs, Magic Circles, hand weights, Foam Rollers, and Resistance Bands adding variety, dimension and challenge to your workout. Classes last 1 hour and booking is essential.
Private classes are taught in the studio on a 1 to 1 or 2 to 1 basis using Pilates apparatus; Reformer, Tower Unit, Wunda Chair, and Spine Corrector. Private classes offer more focused personal attention with proven results. Private classes last 1 hour and booking is essential.
