Group classes are a maximum of 7 per class, they are carried out on a mat taking you through Joseph Pilates Classical Repertoire of exercises. There are group classes to suit all levels and abilities and includes the use of Magic Circles, hand weights adding variety, dimension and challenge to your workout. Classes last 1 hour and booking is essential.
Studio sessions on a One to One or duet basis using Pilates apparatus; Reformer, Tower Unit, Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector and Pedi Pole. Studio sessions offer more focused personal attention with proven results. Studio Sessions last 1 hour and booking is essential.
